Legal Entity & Payment Processing
This Pricing, Cancellation, and Refund Policy governs all financial transactions made within the Gogo mobile application (the "Platform"). The Platform is legally owned, operated, and managed by Kroxiva Technologies, a registered sole proprietorship exclusively owned by Rakesh Kumar.
All domestic and international payments, including UPI, Netbanking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Wallets, are securely processed through our authorized payment gateway partner, Razorpay, and other designated payment aggregators, in strict compliance with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines.
Premium Subscription Plans & Pricing
Gogo provides premium subscription tiers that grant users enhanced matchmaking features, exclusive communication tools, and an ad-free experience.
- Trial Packs: We may offer promotional Trial Packs (e.g., INR 1 for 1 Day). Upon expiration of the trial, the account is automatically transitioned to a standard billing cycle unless explicitly cancelled beforehand.
- Billing Cycles: Subscriptions are generally offered on Monthly (up to 30 days), Quarterly (up to 120 days), and Annual (up to 365 days) billing cycles.
- Dynamic Pricing: Subscription pricing may fluctuate based on geographic location, promotional campaigns, and applicable local taxes (such as GST). The exact final price is always displayed at checkout prior to payment completion.
- Premium benefits are strictly tied to the active duration of the subscription and will instantly revoke upon expiry or payment failure.
Recurring Billing & UPI AutoPay (E-Mandates)
To ensure uninterrupted premium service, Gogo utilizes recurring billing systems like UPI AutoPay and e-mandates on cards.
- Consent: By opting for a subscription, you authorize Kroxiva Technologies and its payment partners to automatically charge the renewal fee to your chosen payment method.
- UPI AutoPay: For Indian users, UPI AutoPay will automatically trigger a renewal request. As per NPCI guidelines, a pre-debit notification may be sent to you before the actual deduction.
- Renewal Window: Automated renewal attempts may commence up to 96 hours before the active plan's expiration to prevent service interruption.
- Payment Retries: In the event of a failed transaction due to insufficient funds or banking server downtime, our payment gateway may attempt to retry the charge for up to 20 days post-expiry.
Platform-Specific Subscription Rules
Depending on the platform used to initiate the purchase, specific third-party billing rules apply:
- Google Play Store / Apple App Store: Purchases made directly via app stores are subject to the respective store's billing cycles and cancellation policies. Renewals are generally charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Users must manage or cancel these directly through their device's subscription settings.
- Web / Direct App Payments (Razorpay): Direct payments made via our integrated gateway must be managed through the Gogo app's internal billing settings or via the Razorpay customer portal linked to the registered email/phone number.
Cancellation Policy
We believe in user control. You may cancel your active recurring subscription at any time.
- Procedure: Cancellations must be executed via the App Settings > Manage Subscription, or directly through your UPI App (by revoking the AutoPay mandate).
- Effect of Cancellation: Cancelling a subscription strictly stops future recurring charges. It does not immediately revoke your current premium status. You will retain full access to premium features until the final day of your already-paid billing cycle.
- App Deletion: Uninstalling the Gogo application or deleting your account does not automatically cancel your recurring billing mandates. You must explicitly cancel the subscription via the payment method used.
Strict Refund Policy
Due to the digital and instantaneous nature of our premium services, all payments made to Kroxiva Technologies for the Gogo App are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE, except as mandated by applicable law.
- No Prorated Refunds: We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for subscriptions cancelled mid-cycle or for unused time.
- Accidental Purchases / Auto-Renewals: Failure to cancel a trial or subscription prior to the renewal date does not qualify for a refund. It is the user's responsibility to manage their mandates.
- Exceptions: In the rare event of a duplicate charge due to technical gateway errors (e.g., amount debited twice for a single plan), the user must contact support within 72 hours. Upon verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 5-7 business days.
Fraud, Chargebacks & Account Suspension
Kroxiva Technologies monitors all financial transactions for fraudulent activity.
Any attempt to initiate a fraudulent chargeback through a credit card issuer or bank after utilizing premium features will result in an immediate, permanent ban of the user's account, device, and IP address. We reserve the right to dispute illegitimate chargebacks using system logs, chat activity, and login IPs as evidence.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Pricing, Cancellation & Refund Policy shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India. Any financial disputes, claims, or conflicts arising in relation to payments and refunds shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
