We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding the protection of minors. We are committed to protecting our user base and the public by strictly prohibiting any content, behavior, or interaction involving minors (individuals under 18 years of age) and comprehensively banning Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM/CSAE) from our Platform.

Our Safety Standards

To maintain a secure environment, we enforce the following strict protocols:

• 🚫 No Minors Allowed: Users must be 18+ to register or use Gogo. Any account found belonging to a minor is instantly terminated.
• 🧩 Rigorous Content Moderation: All reported or suspicious content is thoroughly reviewed by our automated AI systems and human moderation team.
• 🔒 Instant Action & Zero Tolerance: Any CSAM/CSAE content or inappropriate user behavior results in immediate content removal and a permanent account ban (including device and IP blocking).
• 🧭 Law Enforcement Cooperation: Serious violations are proactively reported to the appropriate authorities, in full accordance with Indian cybercrime laws (IT Act) and international standards.
• 💬 In-App Reporting Tools: Users can flag any chat, image, or profile directly in the app via the "Report" button or by emailing our safety team.

Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Gogo. Engaging in any of these will lead to severe administrative and legal consequences:

• Sharing, uploading, hosting, or distributing any media that depicts CSAE/CSAM.
• Soliciting, grooming, or engaging in communication with minors for sexual, exploitative, or inappropriate purposes.
• Any form of inappropriate interaction between adults and minors that could lead to exploitation.
• Uploading or generating content that sexualizes minors, even if the content is fictional, morphed, digitally altered, or AI-generated.
• Using the platform to facilitate, organize, or promote CSAE networks, trafficking, or illegal abuse-related activities.

Enforcement & Incident Response

When CSAM/CSAE content or prohibited behavior is detected or reported, Kroxiva Technologies executes the following immediate actions:

• Immediate Removal: Content that violates our child safety standards is instantly and permanently deleted from public view.
• Account Action: Offending accounts are suspended or permanently banned without any prior warning or right to appeal.
• Reporting to Authorities: We actively report severe violations to relevant law enforcement agencies, cybercrime cells, and child protection organizations.
• Preservation of Evidence: Overriding our standard data deletion protocols, we securely preserve relevant digital footprints (chat logs, IP addresses, media) to support law enforcement investigations and legal proceedings.

Reporting Safety Concerns

If you encounter harmful content, suspicious behavior, or need to report a severe safety or child protection concern, please contact our designated Child Safety & Grievance Officer immediately. We take every report seriously and aim to respond within 24 hours.
